My family uses privelege points as part of an effort to give praise for positive behaviors and habits as well as integrating consequence to poor choices. I try not to use it punitively and prefer the primary focus being a reward for their behaviors and habits we like to acknowledge and build. I have separate accounts to track for each child and then a family account for our yes day.
