How this app can have 4.6 stars is beyond my comprehension. The usasbility is really bad, even performing simple tasks like formatting text gives you a headache. Does this really come from the largest tech company in the world? I doubt it.

I reported a fraud case to Paypal. Instead of them helping me, the forwarded the message straight to the fraudulent merchant. Paypal never got back to me. Absolutely terrible customer service.
