It’s absolutely UNACCEPTABLE that the app (and also the PASMO app) it’s only in Japanese, also when you try to register it doesn’t accept the worldwide alphabet but you have to translate your name in kanji. But then when you try to register a commuter pass for students they don’t accept your request because the name on the app doesn’t match the name on the student ID card. JAPAN REALLY WAKE UP BECAUSE IT’S 2023.
