App automatically updated, logged me out, erased my biometric data, and I lost access to my $35,000 in crypto. Have talked to customer support seven times and now they’re telling me it’s basically my problem if I didn’t make a passphrase. I originally made Coinbase Wallet from and it told me passphrase wasn’t necessary due to having biometrics. I have spent over four hours with support and nobody has helped me regain access to my wallet.
