The last update broke the game. Before the update I used to really enjoy when I would play but since the update there are audio and syncing issues with the app. Sounds are missing when I complete a level or when getting a daily hint, and I have sent my concerns to the developer, who claims to already know about the issue but that was several months ago when I gave my feedback about the app. I got my family to start playing this game to pass the time but with the poor response I got from the developers and lack of actual improvement I am disappointed to see that as the premium edition to an oth

Apple is seemingly skimping on the quality of their apps for support as apparently there are still tweaks that could be made to improve app functionality. Could be a lot better in how quickly the app takes you to support. Call me old-fashioned but I prefer contact with someone that can actually assist me in the manner that I require. Chat bots aren’t really my thing.
