The new update is absolutely asinine. I can’t see any other staff members working throughout the week unless it’s a day I’m scheduled, so I can’t see if there is anyone to swap a shift with. Posted shifts from other staff members don’t load at all. Everything is two or three clicks to another screen just to view one option where it used to all be laid out perfectly clear before. Scrolling through my weekly schedule is a nightmare, it is so jumbled so that you’re unaware of the dates you’re actually off vs working. Please go back to the old HotSchedules, it was so easy to use and accessible.
