I am a new-ish customer that Tractive acquired from the merge with Whistle. Overall, Tractive has the functions that are most vital: gps tracking, virtual fences, basic health data. However, I’m not sure why you can fast-access the light toggle from the homescreen, but not the „sound“ feature, which would be useful to me since I utilize that feature as a recall sound. Additionally, I’m honestly very surprised that Tractive hasn’t even begun including some of the features that Whistle used to offer, such as insight into licking and scratching behavior.
