It was a very bad experience. I ordered a car and mentioned several time that I have 5 luggage but the driver refused to come unless I pay him more what the company asked for. They sent another driver and refused to take any luggage unless I pay extra! The customer service was very rude , asking me either I pay him extra money because they didnot mention we have luggage or cancel. Will never use this application again. The drivers always ask for more! Unfair.
