I downloaded this app thinking it was free, but it turns out I somehow got a subscription that I didn't agree to. I'm extremely unhappy because I didn't agree to this expensive subscription. I haven't used this app since the day I downloaded it and I don't understand how to get my money back. They took money from my card without my knowledge. Please respond.
