Main acc gone

One day I just went on and opened Roblox and tried logging in my Main acc, red_jelly06, however it couldn’t let me, my password was already saved too so there’s no possibility that it’s the wrong password, also I spend money on that acc so can you try taking it back and and check what’s wrong?
