Worst customer service
The customer service lately is getting worse and worse, I have paid a certain amount for an order and I have received a wrong order which is almost half the price, when I contacted customer services for help they have no solution and keep informing me that the global escalation team will get back to me in 48 hours !! What kind of a solution is that ! You can just call the restaurant and make them send me my correct order. Last time I’m using it and cancelling my “premium” membership.
