I booked an Uber luxury car today to pick up my friends who came from India. The driver reached the hotel and canceled the ride, saying that the customer didn't come, and asked me to pay the same amount to take the same passenger for drop-off. Where I already paid for the trip The driver was very rude, asking for tips from the passengers and demanding more money to turn on the AC. I tried to contact customer service, but there was no option to do so. It was a very bad experience with the Uber driver, so I uninstalled the application from my phone.
