This nightmare begins a couple weeks ago when my aunt tried to transfer funds into my Chase secure banking account. Chase doesn’t allow wire transfers or mobile check deposits into their secure banking accounts so the money was rejected. My aunt had to not only pay to an initial $25 to initiate a wire transfer to my account, but then had to pay a fee when the funds were returned to Citibank that Chase declined even though I asked to let through.
