I have an account with Metro Bank. The new app gives me an error using my customer number or username to log into my account. The old app works fine and the website works as well. Getting messages on Viber saying they are going to close the old app but the new one isn’t working correctly yet is absurd. Even after you get the registration error it prompts you to call a number. When that number is called it says that it’s been disconnected. What a mess, this reminds me of the sim registration act that everyone is having issues with.
