Extremely disappointed with my experience. My package has been stuck at the airport for over a month with no updates or progress. When reaching out to support, I am met with nothing but automated, repetitive responses that offer zero solutions. They refuse to issue a refund and expect me to wait for another month without any guarantee. There is no real customer service here, only a total disregard for the customer's time and money. I strongly advise against using this platform if you value your peace of mind.
