Second ipad I’ve got, the same problem stay

What’s wrong eith app at this time? If I’m trying sign via safari, everything is perfect, but with app I can’t done verify test. I marked every pic of bycikles, motorcykles, chimneys and hidrants, but after 4min test I got answer “sorry, something went wrong”. This is the first and the last time, when I tried to sign with this useless app.
