When I was put on a new medication for my heart, and that I would only take it once every two weeks, I panicked. I wasn’t worried that it was an injectable medication, I was worried how would I remember to take it every-other-week. Then my daughter-in-law clear across the ocean in Morocco talked me through downloading Reminder, Reminders. It goes off every other Friday. Once at 10:00 for me to take the pen out of the fridge, at 5:00 to inject it, and again at 8:00 to make sure it is taken.
