I purchased for $30 a year because it claimed that I could use the keyboard in other apps and translate (without having to use AI in another search engine or app and then paste). I downloaded the keyboard onto my phone, it shows, I select it ( it changed my keyboard so everything is a bit off but I’ll get over that) BUT it’s like it freezes when I try to select it. They keyboard function hasn’t word once. Customer service or tutorials don’t show how to troubleshoot, only how to download AND it makes you for it access to everything you type including passwords.
