I was using getyourguide in european countries and it was accurately working. However, during my trip to Nepal, i umderstood that it was purely because of the quality of the suppliers. I had some difficulties in Nepal, once the guide was late and couldnt speak proper english; i couldnt cancel the tour even after showing my wapp textings with the guide. ın anorher tour, the guide took my phone and rated himself perfectly. I contacted getyourguide to change my review, they said they only can delete it permanently and no editing is possible. So i recommend to stay away from getyourguide in non-eu
