This app is not trustworthy. I was charged $25 from my bank account, but the purchased credit never appeared in the app. Customer support was completely unhelpful and provided confusing and evasive answers. Even worse, they repeatedly insisted on accessing my bank account information, which is extremely inappropriate and alarming. These are serious red flags and strongly suggest a form of legal scamming. I have warned everyone I know to stay away from this app.
