The GoodFood app has a wide selection of recipes and has great photos and tips for substitutions to accommodate vegetarian diets. Very generous trial subscription and reasonable cost, that is equivalent to one night out at a California moderate cost restaurant. Helping increase my cooking knowledge with a UK outlook.
