My accound got banned after I just had it for a couple of hoirs and did not even use it. The three month subscription was credited to my credit card none the less. I asked for a refund, since I can't use the app but just got a generic reply from one of their customer service empleeys that they don't refund banned accounts. I was never informed why my ccount was banned in the first place and am not aware of any wrongdoing. This is really bad customer service and I can't recommend using this app any longer.
