Too dufficult to understand everything, too difficult to use the tools, since you can't get enough of information even that you have a lot of it and way too expensive in all ways and seems to get even more expensive all the time.. Wouldn't it be enough of charging only once per customer that complete agreement, why push people away by charging way too much once a year?? For me it seems greedy considering that it's the people who use it provides most of the data and for someone who is desperately looking for someone but can't afford it in a long run... Just my opinion though...
