Pray you don’t need customer service. It’s tough enough trying to get to interact with a person. But even that won’t help. They will just answer something irrelevant and close the thread. They don’t care if they have solved the issue even if you have lost money.

At first I thought I just have to get used to the new interface. But now I am realizing that this has made it more difficult to quickly make changes to my son’s access. For instance I usually disable all game apps when the kid has to study. So I used to filter all the apps enables and quickly disable the games from the list screen. Now this is not possible (or I can’t find the functionality) A) you cannot disable from the list screen, you have to enter the app page. B) you cannot filter only the enabled apps. You can only filter the disabled. I hope more time goes into UI research before

The Revolut service is good, however the user support is extremely disappointing. A) I have been asked to renew my docs twice. The first time after I managed to locate an agent to chat (cunningly hidden behind walls of clicks and bots), they told me it was not necessary. B) my Touch ID stopped working and was asked for a pin. I could not remember and followed the process to renew the pin. The process has a bug in the last step of issuing the new pin. The result is providing my mobile number and email 6 or 7 times and inputting verification codes for each of these. And then 6-7 times photogr

This app is one of the best apps in exploiting the available technology with creativity in order to serve a purpose. It's tuning function is excellent. But it's the other features that ingenious in helping amateur guitarists! Keep it up!

Had high hopes when downloading, but was completely disappointed. There is no skill involved in winning, mostly has to do with having higher rated players. And higher rated players come with tokens and tokens come with... MONEY! so it gets really boring unless you want to spend real money on it.
