The app was updates 19h ago and it suddenly crashed all the time. Tried reinstalling it but doesnt work! iOS 15.7 iphone 11Pro

Hi, the app keeps only showing me ticket for half-price even though I don’t have half-price travel card (I have checked over and over from Settings->My Travelcard-> and tick the box of GA (2nd class). What should I do? Will this be a problem if my ticket get checked?
