it takes five years for me to find the channel I wanna watch! i dont wanna slide through fifty useless channels or having to go type in their name in the search bar - PLEASE BRING BACK THE NORMAL APP PLEASE - it was bad enough as it was (constantly pausing streams)

The worst UI in the world. And you wont listen to feedback either. Its so bad and I hope you guys will stop being stuck up and listen to your users. I thought our opinions meant something.

Don’t join this game. If you ever get a question or want help from customer service they might just end up banning your account. I have never met a worse company or customer service in my life. Sure. Enjoy the game. But I will never in my life support this company ever again. It’s right out said disgusting behaviour towards their customers. They have NO shame.

Whyyy did you have to change the icon. It was perfectly fine before - it actually looked like it was a “lock” or “key” - this just looks generic google almost like a bhole. Boooring. Get back to the old one.
