I was charged 80 AED for an 8-minute ride while the app showed an estimate of 18–20 AED. Customer service said the ‘fastest option’ was selected, which uses higher-tariff taxis, but this wasn’t clear before booking. Even with the fastest option, paying 80 AED for an 8-minute drive is not fair. A normal taxi for the same trip costs around 12 AED. This felt misleading and unfair
