My employer uses ADP to process payroll and time off and the web based platform works pretty well. However the the mobile app is horrendous to use, I attempt to use the mobile app to perform the quick clock to clock in and out from work but just about every time I open the app there's a new update available, despite updating the app regularly. After that message prompt I often wait a few minutes to tap the clock option where I wait a few more minutes just for an error message to pop up displaying something along the lines "the clock function is not available right now".
