The app itself is serviceable and works, but the scans come back in fairly low quality comparative to competition. Not to mention the company charges a bit more than every other lab. Although not definitive of the company I want to say I sent them two rolls and it took 2 1/2 months for one roll of negatives to come back and I still have yet to receive my second roll of negatives (coming up on 4 months later now). IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR NEGATIVES DO NOT USE THIS APP!! This is a great app for a hobbyist who wants to develop a single, maybe 2 rolls of film, and have the convenience of the app,
