The app itself wasn’t great before the whole new UI update, but it was leagues better than the state it’s in currently. 80% of the time it will not let you log in. Took me 30 mins to even reset my password. It took away the option to order food on the app without the use of QR codes. Half the time the stickers are missing anyways. You can’t consistently check your points without it being some kind of hassle. Checkout is a nightmare as it rarely remembers your information. And it hides the option to adjust the tip which just seems sneaky. Really takes away from the experience for myself, person
