Does not refund missing items
We made three >$100 orders during a couple of weeks. From all of them multiple items were missing. The first two we got a small refund (in-app credits) for, but not enough to cover the missing items. The third one was not refunded at all, due to "policy", without further explanation. We requested a review of the automated refund process, which resulted in not getting any refund, case closed. Needless to say, we were quite dissatisfied with this and won't be using the app anymore.
