I hired an annual plan and was promised 7 days free. I signed up on 05/10, two days later I canceled the subscription (you promise 7 days for free to try it) I made the payment via Mercado Pago credit card. The annual amount was deducted from my account, even though the 7 days had expired, the amount was not returned! I need feedback from you! Please I need my money back!
