Not accepting foreign cards…. No other way to pay!

Yums will appeare available to use in several restaurants but then when you try to book it doesnt work… Customer Care telling me I have an old version of the app … deleted and reinstall the app…. Same restaurants there that accept yums but when you want to book is not possible. False advertising
