I ordered two products through the Deliveroo app twice, and both times my payment went through successfully. However, after waiting for around 30 minutes, I received a call saying the items were not available. Despite this, the products continue to appear as ‘available’ on the app. This is very misleading and wastes customers’ time. Deliveroo really needs to update their product availability and improve communication. Very disappointed with this experience.
