My god what a frustrating app AND website. Tried to book a flight from Aruba to Havana for the whole family, this takes a while as they’re asking for all the passengers information, and to select seats on all 4 flights. Lastly, before asking for payment information, the session restarts because of ‘technical difficulties’. The same on the website. I remember I booked back in 2019, and it was no better. DO BETTER!
