Lost.0ne

Ive been using this app for years and all of a sudden I’m getting an authentication error every time I input my password and won’t let me in my account even though the password is correct. Ive changed the password twice now (to which both times it has said that I’m typing in the SAME password), reopened the app, deleted it and reinstalled it to no avail. I use this for my payments and to keep up with my balance and now I can’t even log in because it’ll block me out if I keep trying. This has been going on for a while and Im tired of this.
