A colleague told me about this app in 2010 and I have been using it ever since. I downloaded it because I wanted to lose weight and am 37 lbs lighter than my highest weight. There have been many ups and downs, but without question, this app is a big reason that I’m able to buckle back down and why I am now at my lowest and healthiest weight in decades. Now, I’m dealing with pre-osteoporosis and need to be able to ensure optimal levels of protein, potassium and calcium. This app is helping me track those.
