Long Time User Too

UPDATE - This problem apparently fixed itself after I wrote the below review. After trying all options multiple times (syncing, app restart, phone restart, soft and hard reset of charge 6), I just gave up. Then, sometime during the next day or two I noticed that the problem was gone. I had changed absolutely nothing and I hadn’t noticed any new updates. It just started working properly again. Hopefully it continues to work. I’m updating my review from one star to three because this issue hasn’t really been addressed by the developer. They did reach out to me but they simply told me to sync t
