The Venmo app is clean and works fine other than trying to find and send and receive money to new friends. My extreme issue and I’m giving it a total one star rating as it’s been over a month and a half that I have been trying to order a new Venmo card. I’ve placed an order for a new one three times for them to say they never received the new card order. Finally got a new card in the mail over a month after that. I have the new card in my hand. It won’t let me activate it so I reach back out to customer service for them to tell me there’s no way that I have a new card in my hand a new one has
