Staff is above and beyond any expectations a person of this modern world would expect. Not only for the common basic needs of a hotel desk, what seems to be happy to go above and beyond those basic needs. Cannot say enough about the staff all of them. Place was on a scale of one to 10 an 11 when we got here. I wanted to change rooms so that I could see my car from the balcony. Done within minutes. The people at the desk are just a pleasure to speak with and work with. The housekeeping staff very kind and cordial as well as efficient doing their jobs. Definitely recommend to anyone in the Vegas
