The removal of the “Skip” option in Iraq in the latest update was an unsuccessful decision and has had a clear negative impact on the ease and flexibility of using the app. Requiring users to specify an exact drop-off location in all cases causes confusion, especially when the location is not fully known. Such changes reduce service efficiency and the overall user experience, and may push some customers toward competitors. We hope that this update will be reconsidered to better serve users and maintain the quality of the service.
