I literally haven’t had an issue verifying my identity on any other app, I provided the correct information and it couldn’t verify my identity. So instead of giving me other options to verify my identity, it just says I can’t create an account. Basically telling me to screw off I had to enter my Social Security number, as well as my address, date of birth, legal name, and email. Now I am worried that they’re going to steal my identity. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone, kind of seems like a scam to me and I’m not happy about it.

It used to always work just fine for me, of course ads in general are extremely annoying. Now, I can’t even use the VPN because every time I open the app, it plays the same advertisement for a dumb game and it literally won’t let me click the close button. It shows the “X” on the top right corner, but when I click on it it does nothing. Gee thanks for that. Forced to download another VPN app and it’s not as good as this one.

I just paid for this app and I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and it doesn’t work. I can hardly get past the tutorial. Judging from the reviews, I’m not getting my money back. Congratulations on screwing over another person.
