If you have to choice use a different site, they sell you insurance that won’t cover like they state they do. I got sick and missed my plane and they offered no help! I was to embarrassed to tell them how I got sick but they stated insurance wouldn’t help even know we got it for an emergency and on top of that they tried to sell us tickets that were over priced to get back home! We found an affordable tickets back from Japan after chipO air wouldn’t help they were trying to sell us $3000 dollar tickets and then lowest they offered was $1400 per person.
