I booked a day pass for a tourist attraction, but Klook did not provide the tickets instantly. Because of that, I had to pay cash for transportation instead of using the pass. They still have not provided the passes and are not responding to emails. The bookings section in the app does not work either. Worst app ever. It ruined my vacation experience.
