I absolutely already hate your new fare, seat, boarding system as I am using it today on the first day of operation! I have already experienced a situation where you changed the time of my flight today, I was sent an email that I did not need to do anything and then when I went to view my reservation noticed I had no seat assigned!! I chose a higher fare so that I could select my seat at booking then found that someone else got my seat when you changed the time of this flight!! I needed an aisle seat and went from 17 D to 23 D when I called.
