For some reason they route their app traffic through their online website which makes it an absolute nightmare to navigate through. To check into a flight you open the app,get redirected to the website which then tries to get you to download the app which you originally opened. Hands down the worst UI of any major airline and honestly pushing Pegasus for the worst possible online experience. Every budget airline I’ve flown has been 1000% more competent. Once actually getting on the plane the experience was great. Face to face service is A+ the online service is embarrassing for everyone involv
