Got this tracker and paid for a year because my sweet boy had to make a move outside. The first month was great but now the tracker is taking several hours to charge only for it to work about 15-18 hrs. For the price of everything I was so upset and now I can’t find my boy. So so disappointed and would not recommend for any outdoor babies. — I have contacted support twice now which is even more frustrating, you have to reach out by email and wait for them to want to respond. When they did get back to me they sent a chart saying the signal is the issue when I can assure you it is not ITS THE BA
