As a long-time good customer I’m disappointed how Chase has changed how you can receive deposits from third parties. And now, I’ve come to find out the the overdraft protection service I accepted, and assumed would allow me 48 hours to get my account back in the positive, is upon discretion of Chase depending on how deep you’re overdrawn. All I know is that the few times I was overdrawn, I found a way to get it back in good standings. Unfortunately, this last time wasn’t the case and they only gave me less than 24 hours (not a full day like the representative stated) before returning an import
