I was so intimidated to start coming to Orangetheory, but really wanted to get out of my comfort zone with working out and actually see results. The coaches are so kind and encouraging and even when I am feeling my most challenged, they encourage me to keep going and not give up. Houston is especially great with coaching form, which I’m grateful for since weightlifting is very new to me. I’m so impressed with this location and work out and I’m telling everyone about Orange theory and how amazing it is! 🧡
