Groceries service is good, but can’t say the same for the rides. Drivers deceive people by choosing the longest way to charge more. I have written about this problem to the Careem help center but they have told me that everything was right and charges could change. But I followed the way on the google maps and know that it was the longest way. So of you will use this service be careful and tell them at the beginning of your ride that you are following them by the map.
